Do you purchase and leave with a gown the same day?
The bridal gowns and bridesmaids gowns available on the floor are "samples", meaning you try on and we order the gown based on measurements and customizations. However, the sample gowns are also for sale if it happens to be the perfect one for you or if you need a dress quickly. We got you covered! Our sample gowns are offered at a discount as well.

How long does it take a dress to come in?
Anywhere from 2-16 weeks. If a dress is in stock in the warehouse it can ship in as little as 1-2 weeks, if it requires customizations or is currently not "in stock" it can take much longer. However it all depends on the dress, size and color wanted! It is never too early to get your dress!

Do you offer alterations?
We do not offer on-site alterations. However, we do have certain people we refer to for alterations.

Do I have to make an appointment?
Appointments are strongly recommended, especially on Saturdays or if you are bringing a large group with you. We have one large bridal dressing suite, so to be guaranteed that, please book an appointment.

Do you buy used dresses?
At this time we currently are not accepting consignment inventory for wedding gowns. That may change in the future!

How do we come prepared for our appointment?
Come excited! It is such a fun experience. Come with the intention to find your dress. Bring your best supporters! Most of the gowns come with built in bra cups, so undergarments aren't totally necessary unless you know you want something specific. You are welcome to bring shoes if you have them, but it is mainly necessary for alterations.

What sizes do you carry?
In store, we have designer gowns as small as a size 4, up to a 24. We have the option to order smaller and larger sizes as well. We have wedding gowns, prom, and formal wear that as small as extra small up to plus size.

What are your price ranges?
Price will vary depending on designer, and customizations. We have very simple, off the rack as low as $200 and designer gowns up to $3,000. Our average price range is around $1,700.
